Arkansas Medical Marijuana Amendment and the workplace: Anybody gotta light?

The magic marijuana card will allow qualified patients to use marijuana for medical purposes. This is a game changer. How will this affect your employment policies? How will this impact pre-employment drug screening, if at all, or post-accident/reasonable suspicion testing? The AMMA (Arkansas Medical Marijuana Amendment) contains provisions that both directly and indirectly impact employment law.  We will sort through the facts versus what might be a “smoke” screen.  Don’t miss this program that will bring you up to date on legislation in the Arkansas General Assembly that will flesh out the employment provisions of the AMMA.
